Applicable Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. 

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Victoria.

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
